This recent Manchester project saw our team precision-mill the existing floor, install the wet UFH pipework and bring the individual circuits neatly back to the manifold — 120m² designed to disappear completely once the finished floor goes down.

The floor might change from room to room. The comfort shouldn’t!

👉 This recent Farnborough project covered 85m² in total, combining two different installation methods across the property.

We precision-milled 47m² into the existing floor and installed a further 38m² using a clipped system, bringing both areas together as one wet underfloor heating setup.

That’s the bit the homeowner ultimately cares about – not where one floor construction ends and another begins, but that the whole space heats consistently and feels like one home.

The install itself came together really nicely too, helped by an absolutely lovely client who made the job a pleasure from start to finish.

73m² in Shefford… drop it like it’s hot! 🔥

This one had been in the diary for a while, so we’d been looking forward to finally getting up to Shefford and getting started.

The project was at the home of TJ Shefford Plumbing where we installed a full retrofit wet underfloor heating system across 73m², working across a mix of concrete and screed.

👉 Around 55m² was concrete
👉 Around 18m² was screed
👉 Channels precision-milled into the existing floor
👉 Pipework installed throughout
👉 Channels fully sealed and finished
👉 System prepared for connection to the existing gas boiler

The job itself came together really smoothly, and TJ was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Friendly, welcoming, organised and just genuinely easy to work alongside.

🔥 It definitely helped that he knows underfloor heating inside out too. As an experienced plumber, he’s confident with manifold connections, final system setup and commissioning, so everything on site just flowed. When everyone understands the wider system and what needs to happen next, it makes a huge difference!
