From the cable routing and clearly labelled connections to the arrangement of the distribution equipment, these images offer a look at the finer details of the work carried out by the A+C Electrical team.

In a data centre environment, where electrical infrastructure plays such an important role, organisation and attention to detail are particularly valuable.

A well-considered layout isn’t simply about achieving a tidy finish. It also makes a difference when it comes to identifying circuits, carrying out inspections, fault-finding and planning future maintenance or alterations.

It’s easy to focus on the larger elements of a project, but there’s a considerable amount of work involved in getting these smaller details right.

A distribution centre doesn’t stop when daylight does. ⚡

From early morning deliveries to late-night operations, loading bays are busy areas that need to remain functional throughout the working day.

Looking back at a previous project, our A+C team carried out the installation of external loading bay lighting at a distribution centre.

With vehicles, deliveries and personnel regularly moving through these areas, suitable lighting plays an important role in maintaining visibility and supporting safe, practical working conditions.

The completed installation provides a good look at the type of electrical work involved in keeping industrial and logistics facilities ready for the demands of everyday operations.

Sometimes looking out for someone is as simple as asking twice.

On site, we spend a lot of time looking out for each other physically. But noticing when someone seems quieter than usual, distracted, stressed or simply not themselves matters too.

You don’t need to have the answers. Sometimes it’s a brew, five minutes away from the job and a genuine “How are you doing?”

For World Mental Health Day, it’s a reminder to keep those conversations going today, and on an ordinary day when there isn’t a hashtag attached to it.

Look out for your mates. And make it normal to talk 🗣️👷🏼‍♂️

Our T4 board brings together the team, daily plans, permits, RAMS and what’s coming up next giving everyone one place to see where we’re at.

Nothing complicated. Just good communication and keeping the job moving.

Not everything we install comes straight off the shelf.

As part of our work, the A+C team manufacture brackets and support frames both on site and off site, producing solutions around the requirements of each installation.

This , we’re shining a light on that part of the process — from making the components needed for the job through to getting them installed on site 🛠️

The groundwork that makes or breaks an installation.

Our team is currently on-site in Germany doing the heavy lifting - fabricating custom supports and locking them securely in place before the main containment and cabling go down.

Getting the steel right early means a smoother, safer, and cleaner build when the cable pulling starts.

Brackets at the ready, tools prepped, and the foundation set. 🙌🛠️
