🤔 What Would You Do?

A customer contacted us looking for a boiler quote which is free.

After arriving on site , the client said they’d like to repair the boiler. We explained our diagnostic fee upfront, which includes the first hour of labour and allows us to identify the exact issue before recommending the right solution. The customer decided they didn’t want to proceed and asked us to leave.

From our perspective, diagnosing a fault is skilled work. Just like you wouldn’t expect a mechanic to find a fault on your car for free, accurately diagnosing a boiler issue takes time, knowledge, and experience.
