Next, we moved to Manicomio City, located on Gutter Lane just off Cheapside.

Following the success of Chelsea, this project demanded the same precision — with its own statement centrepiece.

• Full strip-out of the existing bar
• Installation of a striking curved bar, designed to anchor the space
• Bespoke curved gantries
• Integrated bar seating and banquettes — because the details matter

Kicking off 2026 the right way ✅

We refurbished not one, but two restaurants for Manicomio London — starting with their Chelsea location at Duke of York Square.

A full transformation delivered in just two weeks:

• Complete removal of the existing bar and installation of a bespoke, purpose-built statement bar
• New banquette seating tailored to enhance comfort and flow
• New flooring throughout to elevate the entire interior
• A carefully executed toilet refurbishment

We’re proud to have successfully handed over the brand-new Dave’s Hot Chicken restaurant in Croydon just before Christmas — a great way to close out the year, especially on a project right in our home town.

A brilliant team effort from start to finish, supporting Dave’s Hot Chicken as they continue to expand their brand. Croydon just got a little hotter 🌶️
