deal with any specific surveys, party wall agreement, structural survey & reports, structural plans and much more, including helping you finding trustworthy builders. We have extensive experience in dealing with Planning Authorities through our involvement in working on significant number of projects in various boroughs. The majority of our work is from recommendation from previous clients.

We were commissioned to transform this outdated flat, situated in a prime London location, into an elegant holiday home. The property is defined by its impressive high ceilings and beautiful curved windows, which flood the interior with natural light.

A light, warm colour palette was selected to enhance the sense of space, while a new glass balustrade preserves uninterrupted views throughout the apartment. The design is timeless and minimalist, combining soft tones, refined materials, and carefully considered details. A bespoke lighting scheme brings warmth, comfort, and sophistication to the space.
