In 2026, homeowners are looking beyond simply having more space.

The focus is shifting towards homes that work harder, feel calmer and adapt more naturally to everyday life.

The final stage is where months of planning, coordination and craftsmanship come together.

In the final part of our Chiswick series, we follow the team through the finishing stages, from coordinating material deliveries and completing detailed joinery to staircase finishing, sealing, final adjustments and positioning the last interior elements.

It’s these final details that bring every stage of the build together, with different trades working alongside one another to make sure everything is completed to the standard expected.

To close the series, our Project Manager Andrii Hashchyn talks us through the final stages and reflects on the work involved in bringing the transformation to completion.

This may be the end of our behind-the-scenes Chiswick series, but it’s not the last you’ll see of this home.
