ure’s extraordinary wisdom in every aspect of life, there lies huge healing and transformative power. Natural Lifestyle Coaching draws on the wisdom of the natural world to inform every aspect of our lives. It is a system of coaching that enables human beings to function at their best, individually and collectively, and always in relation to their environment. Through this coaching we are dedicated to helping others to seek out and explore these foundations of optimum living within their natural habitats. We exist in a modern technological age; we can’t turn back the clock or expect to be able to live as we did as hunter gatherers. But we can relearn these deep connections to nature, ourselves, and each other and in doing so find profound states of wellbeing. You can start your own rewilding experience by making small changes to your everyday routines in your every day environments. Soon these small changes will accumulate into the change you maybe want to see in your world. Changes can be made to the way we sleep, eat, digest, rest, interact with the sun, move and integrate with others through play. By making small changes we really can start to redefine what is socially normal, and start to look at rewilding as a way to help bridge between our ancestral self and our modern landscape.

New York Tripping 2026

There’s really nothing like New York for testing where one is really at with their self regulating practices 😂

With a 6 hour flight and a 5 hour time difference you get hit with the full sensory overload.

Our nervous systems were giving it full on WTF vibes before we remembered the obvious solution was to get to Central Park. And after getting grounded and finding our breath we were ready to put the New back into The Zoo York.

I took the RiddleSisters with me on this epic mission. We spent 24 hours in NYC before heading to The Berkshires to hold a phenomenal 3 day retreat at an even more phenomenal space called ‘The Thyme’.

After closing The Be More Human retreat we headed back to the city for another 72 and had an absolutely awesome time of it and found a good balance of sites, food, shops and more time dipping in and out of Central Park to keep our feet on the ground.

Incredible to think that Central Park was carved out of bedrock in the 1800’s by 20,000 workers using just picks, shovels and carts and that they planted over a 100,000 trees.

Also mind blowing is that the Empire State Building was built in just one year, and that it was also built in the Great Depression and remained the tallest building in the world for 40 years.

Its a great city to explore on foot and we were averaging 20k steps per day, which certainly helped mitigate what felt like 20k calories per day 😂

Can’t wait for the next time we land the Be More Human Experience at The Thyme to have another check in of where I am with my self regulating practices.

You know the quote by Ram Dass: “If you think you’re enlightened, go spend a week with your family.”

Well it’s a bit like….If you think you’re self regulated, go spend sown time in NYC!

Papa’s Pancakes Recipe:

300g Raw Organic Buckwheat Groats

2 x Bananas (preferably fair trade)

3 x Eggs (preferably organic)

2 x Tablespoons Of Collagen

1/2 to 1 Tsp Of Bicarbonate Soda

Pinch/Grind of Sea Salt

Splash Of Apple Cider Vinegar or Lemon Juice

200ml Of Spring or Filtered Water

The organic buckwheat groats need to be soaked in filtered water for at least 8 hours. Pop your groats into a bowl, add water until fully submerged and soak over night.

Soaking raw buckwheat groats in filtered or spring water for anywhere between 8 to 12 hours helps to remove phytates.

Add All The Ingredients To The Bowl And Blend Until Well And Truly Battered.

Use a ladle as a measure for each pancake and pour into Hot (no seed) Oiled Pan.

Flip and Get stacking!

Why Soaking?

Grains and pseudo grains such as Buckwheat contain varying levels of phytic acid (phytates). In buckwheat they are mainly concentrated mostly in the outer bran layers.

Phytates attach to essential minerals (iron, zinc, calcium, magnesium) and lowers their bioavailability in your digestive tract.

Soak raw buckwheat groats in filtered or spring water for anywhere between 8 to 12 hours helps to remove phytates.

Buckwheat Benefits:

Buckwheat contains all 9 essential amino acids, making it a high-quality, plant-based complete protein.

Buckwheat has a high protein value, reaching over 90% of the quality found in egg protein.

Buckwheat contains virtually no prolamins (the gluten proteins found in wheat), making it safe for people with celiac disease or gluten sensitivities.

Lmk how you get on with your Papa Pancakes!

Many of you started following me on here because of this guys invitation for me to come on his Podcast so thought you’d like to hear how the invitation came about.

My friends Dave and Stephen from the Happy Pear invited me to a gig over in Ireland where Rich was speaking. After the talk I was invited to dinner with Dave, Stephen, Rich and another friend Justin. I ended up turning the offer down because I’d promised my kids that I’d take them camping the next day, which involved catching a night flight back. I’d heard on the networking drums that Dave, Stephen and Justin had all been singing my praises to Rich and suggested that he should invite me on, but that not when the invitation came.

Fast forward a few months and Andrea Splendori came to London to record a podcast for his show Social Fabric at my home in London. The podcast blew up and so Justin sent it to Rich and told Rich about how well the conversation went and how well received it was. The very next morning when opening my phone I received a text from Rich.

This was the text from Rich:

Hey Tony, it’s Rich Roll here. If you’re ever swinging by LA, I’d love to have you on the podcast.

My reply:

Well I wasn’t, but I am now.

2 months later I was sitting behind the mic guesting on my favourite podcast, but not before running barefoot with Rich up in the hills of Calabasas.

My life significantly changed after my first appearance on the Rich Roll podcast and for that I am truly grateful. Grateful to Stephen, Dave, Justin, Andrea and of course the legend that is Rich Roll.

Here’s to celebrating this great man and his achievement of reaching 1000 episodes today.

Celebrating my mate on reaching the massive milestone of 1000 episodes of his podcast today.

My world certainly changed after my first appearance on The Rich Roll podcast.

I held a retreat at the weekend and four of the guests said that they first heard about me through this podcast, which for context went live 7 years ago.

Love you Rich for all you do!

Squat and grind!

I enjoy one cup of per week, usually on Sunday. I love the ritual making a coffee. I love the smell from the grind to the pour. I also love choosing to live a life of inconvenience for my longevity.

My morning squat and I grind is a simple opportunistic mobility and coordination act. I grind with my right hand and I grind with my left hand whilst squatting.

Using both my left and right hands to grind my coffee brings a coordination into play and stimulates both left and right hemispheres of my brain.

The flat footed resting squat is just such a great mobility practice to gain for good foot, ankle, knee and hip function and for ticking those all important longevity boxes.

Also if you’re in the ‘I need a coffee to go for a p**p’ camp, then the squat and grind is the ultimate p**p primer too.

And if you want to avoid constipation, painful haemorrhoids, colon disease & instead improve your digestion, colon health and pelvic floor function; then I advise getting your inconvenient squat on the toilet too.

We can’t all live in nature, but that doesn’t mean we can’t live naturally.

How’s your squat?

A co-creation for the ripples to be felt across the nation.

The ‘Be More Human’ experience landed and the profundity was abundantly sublime.

We delivered the woo without the woo- woo.

The land and practices subtlety merged together and layered to allow the connections to each other and the space to be felt in a way that we’d felt togetherness like never before.

I’ve been holding retreats for close to two decades and each time I am blown away by how much love one can have for people that we have spent just 48 hours with and this time at The Thyme was without exception.

When your feet first land here the resonance provides a deep sighing breath that is so needed in a world that takes our breath and our understanding of what it is to be human away.

And to think it’s only a 2.5 hour trip out to feel more you from the Zoo that is New York.

Keep your eyes peeled for the next time we land the magic here at The Thyme. And in the mean time, go give them a follow to see what other magical experience they have up their sleeves.

Big shout out to team Thyme for all the support and helping create such a safe container and my first ever US retreat.

Here’s of the next Thyme we meet.
