**ALEXANDER PLACE | KENSINGTON**

Some renovations are about changing a home completely.

This one was about knowing what to keep.

At Alexander Place, the original character of the property was carefully restored, from the period fireplaces and intricate plasterwork to the architectural details that give the home its identity.

Years of paint were carefully removed from the existing fibrous plaster, while the fireplaces were rejuvenated and contemporary finishes introduced alongside a considered natural stone palette.

The result is a home where old and new sit comfortably together, with the character of the original property still very much at the heart of it.
