Innovo marked World Day for Safety and Health at Work with a project-wide initiative focused on the safety and wellbeing of our workforce.

Aligned with this year’s theme on creating a healthy psychosocial environment, our HSE team launched an awareness campaign to engage and educate employees across our sites.

From direct engagement with our workforce and open Worker Voice sessions, to leadership safety tours and hands-on demonstrations of high-risk activities, the day was grounded in listening, learning, and action.

We also recognised individuals who continue to lead by example, because safety is driven by people.

It was an insightful event and a valuable opportunity to connect and work more closely with the teams that are at the heart of everything we do at Innovo.

Congratulations to our Sky Innovo Developments team on the launch of Citystars Park St., a landmark real estate development project located in New Cairo.

Set along 1.2 km of Ring Road frontage and just 20 minutes from the airport, the project offers a walkable, mixed‑use urban community integrating hospitality, living, wellness, open‑air spaces, and workplace innovation.

With its hospitality arm managed by the iconic Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, the development features over 36,000 sqm of premium retail and F&B, and a curated mix of signature amenities.

Citystars Park St. will introduce Egypt’s first hospitality-driven office concept with concierge-led services and wellness-focused experiences designed to elevate the employee experience.

The project is on track to achieve LEED certification, reflecting a strong focus on sustainability and environmentally responsible planning.

As Innovo continues to progress and deliver remarkable projects for our clients, major milestones were achieved on our St. Regis Residences project, one of the last plots in Downtown Dubai.

Our Operations Team successfully completed structural work for the two iconic towers. This milestone marked our 10 million manhours without LTI.

We were joined by the Emaar Properties management team to celebrate this milestone.
