Three weeks before handover, we walked into 45 flats with plumbing and electrics that simply didn't work.

What followed was three weeks of long days, weekends, and a lot of problem-solving.

My team were unbelievable, and somehow we got every flat ready in time.

One thing I've learnt over the years:

A bad job doesn't stay cheap for very long.

If you're overseeing a project, make sure you've got people you trust.

When B2O Group started growing, there was a point where I couldn’t cope anymore.

Cobi was looking for a job, so I interviewed him.

Experience? Qualifications? I didn’t really care, to be honest.

Last-minute problem?

Cobi sorts it without even asking.

Once you have someone like that, you can actually run a business successfully.

The number one question we get about underfloor heating:

"If something goes wrong, do I need to rip up my whole floor?"

The answer is no.

Modern underfloor heating uses separate components. If anything ever fails, you're fixing one part, maybe lifting one tile. Not tearing apart your home.
