Had the most wonderful afternoon on Thursday Pro Landscaper project awards.
Fortunate enough to be able take my son along and have us both experience, not only success in our category, but also the winning of the judges’ Supreme award.

The success (of this project but of our company as a whole) boils down to two things. Excellent clients and a brilliant team.

Our design was left largely untouched and our clients trusted us to deliver based on their brief and our experience with minimal cost engineering and tweaking. No mean feat in this current climate.

And even more importantly our landscaping team. Of course our office crew will take some plaudits but this is a win for our landscapers. Hardwork, passion, dedication, unparalleled skill, and a commitment to excellence. They value the quality and the details every bit as much as I do, and that is why we won this award. These aren’t gardeners. These are skilled craftsman at the top of their game.

Thanks to everyone. Pro Landscaper, suppliers, competitors, Tom Howard and Mark Gregory for putting up with my drunken ramblings and to our clients Toby and Lorraine. Whoop 🙌🏻

A garden in Fulham, New King’s Road, designed and built for a French family and completed last year.
A heavy focus on socialising and entertaining was the brief - and the garden includes a feature dining area with banquette seat, bespoke pergola, teak dining furniture, remote control heating and pendant lighting. A second area for lounging was designed, to catch the late evening sun, again with pendant lighting and heaters and a large L shaped outdoor sofa. A simple BBQ area was built with plancha, cupboards, and tiling backsplash.

Existing reclaimed Yorkstone was repurposed and the old drab outbuilding was clad in Cotswold stone slips, and had new Crittal style French doors installed to serve as a traditional and stylish backdrop to the scheme.
