We are excised to announce we’ll shortly have an opening for a part time admin assistant to join us, here at S.H.Electrical & Testing Ltd
JOB TITLE: Admin Assistant
LOCATION: Long Eaton, Nottingham.
HOURS: 18.5 per week/negotiable.
The role involves working closely with our Office Manager at our office address and may lead to part remote working in the future. Duties will include.
*Scheduling installation works, monitoring visits, ensuring effective diary coordination and communication between clients and operational teams.
*Taking incoming calls, and general enquiries.
*Provide general administrative support across the business to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Assisting with monthly accounts administration.
Must have the ability to think on your feet, use initiative & common sense.
Good telephone manor is essential.
Work in a proactive manner,
Be a team player,
Be focused, enthusiastic and driven.
Experience with Xero and Social Media skills will be advantageous, but not essential. Full training will be provided.
Salary’s will be discussed at interview stage and will be subject to experience.
