LANDLORDS!

Landlords do you know that it is now compulsory to have a landlord gas safety inspection annually on all your tenanted properties and keep a record of 2 years as per gas safe, We at DLS Kent cant take the responsibility of keeping track of your gas safety inspection annual due dates from you and send annual reminders 2 weeks before the next inspection, While on site we carry out a thorough inspection of all gas appliances in the property and issue a up to date certificate on all the properties we attend, Our engineers also carry carbon monoxide alarms that are now mandatory for all rented accommodation and therefore can minimise any chance of us re attending and causing wasted days to your tenants.
