Even before Tangible Contractors wins a project they guide potential customers through the process of construction from beginning (costing), purchasing (if client is supplying certain items) to completion of the project plus assisting in guiding potential clients through the understanding of the work and how the company can help. Every project is given a 3/6 months’ free call out once complete due to retention periods and an official property valuation (if requested by client from a local estate agent), giving customers peace of mind. Throughout the process, clients of Tangible Contractors receive bi-weekly updates in an easy to read format via email and/or a Whatsapp group created for the project PLUS a professional projects programme of works ensuring clients are never left in the dark and fully understand how the project is progressing. The firm’s allocated site managers have over 20+ years of experience in the construction sector with competent tradesmen upon all sites, including certified electricians and gas safe plumbers
