Customer having kitchen fitted tomorrow and urgently needed big old free standing boiler removing from kitchen.
So called in
✅Removed boiler.
✅Capped gas off.
✅Cut pipe drops out.
✅chizelled wall out and hide gas pipe in wall.
✅Isolated old electric supply.
⚒️Bricked big flue hole up inside and out and plastered over internal bricks and over recessed gas pipe.

Call customer wanting Gas meter moved from inside corner of kitchen that's stopping alterations where washing machine needs to go.

As Iam Gas safe & Met1 qualified to do this alteration.
I called to removed gas meter from internal and fitted it in an external weather proof Gas meter box.
Also while there find deadly loose old lead gas fire pipe that fell off when I touched it?🔥☠️.
So I needed trace lead pipe back to copper to cap it all off as that gas pipe run. Wasn't being used.
Then Cut off big steel gas pipe sticking out the floor.

All tested purged of air and gas tested safe.
💳Fully insured.
💳Gas safe registered.
💳Met 1 qualified.
💳BAI approved installer.
