I know we have Brexit and Covid19, but Landlords please don't forget the changes in rental properties.
From 1st July 2020 Landlords needed an Electrical Inspection and Condition Report, BUT from 1st April 2021 Landlords must comply to this new regulation.
Its like an MOT on your property and will give you a pass, fail or advisories on the electrical condition. Once you've got one its good for 5 years!
