This lovely couple asked for electric heating in the kitchen.
i installed a dedicated supply for the electric radiator and they didnt want any damage to their newly decorated walls so i run conduit externally to the new location.

Call out to loss of power on sockets and nothings tripped on the fuseboard.
Once investigated i found no neutral on the circuit.
Tested the circuit bit by bit and only had 36 volts on the incoming cable to upstairs.

Found the neutral missing and re terminated.
Re tested and got 240 volts back and sockets working again.
Also re terminated an old junction box with new 18th edition maintenance free junction box for better connection.
