📍 Project Update | Bury St Edmunds

Great progress on this 24m² single‑storey extension in Bury St Edmunds. ✅

Footings are now dug and concrete has been poured, giving us a solid foundation to build from.

This extension will soon transform the space into a bright, open plan living area tailored to the client’s needs. More updates to follow as the build takes shape.

A proper transformation on this one in Beccles.

We started with a closed-off, dated kitchen and completely opened the space up by removing the wall to create a much more usable kitchen diner. It’s made a huge difference to the light and how the whole area flows.

New kitchen fitted, electrics updated to suit the new layout, and finished off with a clean, modern look that works for everyday living.

Simple changes on paper, but the end result speaks for itself.

Kitchen & dining knock-through completed in Loddon ✨

We removed the dividing wall and installed an RSJ to open the space up, creating a brighter, more connected kitchen-diner.

New units were installed to extend the run all the way across, adding much-needed storage and worktop space. We also replaced the existing floor with reclaimed brick flooring to match the original character.

What we love about this one is that it still keeps all of its cottage character, including exposed beams, and a really cosy feel. Open plan doesn’t have to mean ultra-modern… it can work beautifully in period homes too.

Finished with full plastering and making good, ready for the client to make it their own.
