Wow ! This beautiful cottage has had a real freshen up with a new k-rend finish ! We removed the old pebble dash to find all sorts underneath, to rotten timber to painted bricks ! New fascia’s , soffits and guttering .
A much needed bit of insulation and a renderboard put on and finished in a scraped k-rend with that bit of a sparkle !

Nice little scrape finish k-rend job done this week ! Polar white really does set off anthracite doors and windows 👌

Loving a bit of lime plastering at the moment on this re-furb of an old school to convert it into a large holiday let . Breathable warm shell insulation on the walls finished with a lime top coat ! All done freehand with slightly rounded corners .👌

Been a busy dusty week but what a transformation to this fireplace and room !!
This beauty of an inglenook had been filled and covered over but we’ve brought it back to life !! Sanded the oak beam and repointed in lime mortar and reclaimed york stone hearth thanks Ludlow Salvage!
New plastered panels and new oak floor, window board , and skirting ! Thoroughly enjoyed this job (apart from the dust) !!

Some tricky curves and angles to manoeuvre around but nothing the magic trowel couldn’t get around!! 😂🥴
