Recent plasterwork carried out on a grade 2 listed building in the heart of ludlow,🪄
Ceilings gypsum plastered,
External walls replaced with lime insulating plaster,
All deteriorating walls prepped lime basecoated and all lime skimmed...
The ground floor walls have had all cementacious and gypsum plasters removed and all replaced with breathable plasters 👌 The decorators now have a much easier task to bring this property back looking great 😊.. But remember use breathable paints‼️😉😄

Another House transformation‼️‼️🤩
This property had external wall insulation fitted then a Silicone texture finish with a mosaic render finish in the porch 👌👌
Just the front door to paint now 🤣🤣

Blast from The past.....me and my sister in 1990 with the mk2 ford transit in the back ground... dads plastering van..wow🤩 If they could make vans like that today... any issues change the spark plugs..wd40 and whack it with a hammer and drive to work and sideways if you wanted 🤣.. none of this sensor bulls*&t these days.... 😆😆

Day off the tools so I thought I would take a walk back in time on the battle of Bryn glas 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿⚔️🛡🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
The rest of the fam decided to stay warm inside at the grandparents 🌧🌧🌧🌧🌧☔️

It is great to see a job complete once the scaffolds down!🤩 This project has had 50mm of external wall insulation and finished in a thincoat texture render to a tyrolean effect..
These customers have been fantastic and never a lack of a cup tea 🍵 👌😆
Hopefully this will keep them warm as well as having a better appearance and help keep the heating cost down over the winter period 🙏 🌡

Well once again another rendering project completed 🤩 This project had external insulation and
Silicone thin coat render to finish! Take a browse😊😉
The finishing colours are PRB artique white ❄️☃️ and gris ouessant 🇨🇵(smoke grey💨💨) colour on the sills

The removal of damaged none breathable sand cement render back to stone substrate, then replaced with a lime basecoat and spray coated with a coloured breathable textured render🌬🌬🌬.. this property is back to its former glory 👇💪

All cement renders taken off this farmhouse that was causing trapped penatrating damp & corrosion to the soft stone and timber lintels...😬

Fully replaced with breathable materials 🌬🌬🌬🤗
