🌞🎉 A Summer to Remember at the Luton BID Parklet! 🎉🌞

What a fantastic summer it's been on Market Hill! Over the past few weeks, hundreds of families, residents and visitors have joined us for a packed programme of free events designed to bring fun, creativity and community spirit to the heart of Luton town centre.

From a roaring visit by our giant T-Rex, delivered in partnership with Step Forward Luton , to family fun at Party in the Parklet, creative activities at Mini Makers, and a fun-filled day with Toytown, it's been wonderful to see so many people enjoying the space.

A special thank you goes to Frasers Plus Luton for stepping in to host A Children's Story when the summer heat made it unsafe to proceed outdoors. Their support ensured families could still enjoy Aaron Spendelow's fantastic live puppetry musical performance in a comfortable setting.

The Parklet remains open until the end of August, offering a welcoming place to relax, meet friends and enjoy the town centre.

Thank you to all our partners, performers, ambassadors and everyone who joined us this summer. We can't wait to bring more exciting events to Luton town centre soon!

Families, friends and film fans are invited to grab a picnic blanket and head to Hat Gardens for a fantastic day of FREE outdoor cinema on Saturday 29 August.

Settle in and enjoy an exciting line-up of blockbuster films on the big screen, with beanbags and deckchairs available on a first come, first served basis.

Families are invited to enjoy the final storytelling session of the summer holidays as NGYT Taleshakers return with a special Luton 150 themed tale.
