Once we lifted the concrete tiles, we found damaged and rotten battens underneath, allowing water to get through. We stripped back the affected area, replaced the damaged timber, installed new breathable roofing membrane and battens, then carefully reinstated the existing tiles.

Here’s a recent repair completed by MR-Roofer. After the heavy rain, this customer discovered a serious leak around the roof pipe. Once we opened the area up, it was clear the problem needed more than a quick patch.

⚒️ We removed the affected tiles and damaged materials, replaced the underlay and battens, properly sealed around the roof pe*******on, and reinstated the tiles to leave the roof watertight and protected.
