Update on the largest summerhouse we’ve built to date — 6m x 4m — and it’s now complete! 🙌
This fully bespoke garden building has been designed as a stylish multi-purpose space, finished to an incredibly high standard throughout.
✨ Features include: • Full insulation
• Electrics throughout
• Smart heater & WiFi
• Gorgeous thermo wood cladding
• Anthracite uPVC double glazed windows & doors
• Durable, zero-maintenance rubber roof
We also completed all groundworks for the project, including: ✔ Relocation of the existing shed
✔ Reinforced base installation on a sloping garden (yes, we love a challenge!)
✔ New gravel paths
✔ Fresh lawn area
The customer has chosen to complete the internal flooring and decorating themselves, but we also offer a fully finished turnkey service if preferred. Every project is fully managed from start to finish, while still giving customers the flexibility to take control of any part of the process they’d like to handle themselves.

Well the Sun has finally made a decent showing this last couple of weeks which has kept us on track to finish this amazing garden building next week (just skirting and 2nd fix electrics once plaster has dried to finish)

Another job completed last week 🙌

Removal of wall between shower and toilet room to make one bathroom with washing machine too...and block up one door, refit shower and screen, add wall paneling, glue down lvt herringbone floor, add new sink and toilet unit, storage cupboards and space for washing machine and 2 new upvc windows. Quite a lot was involved in this project but we succeeded 😊

✨ Another Renovation Complete ✨

We’ve recently completed a lovely transformation in a home on one of the oldest streets in Lutterworth, opening up the space to create a beautiful open-plan kitchen and dining area.

By removing an internal wall, we’ve been able to completely reimagine the layout of the home — creating a light, sociable space that’s perfect for modern living while still respecting the character of this charming period property.

The centrepiece of the project is a stunning bespoke kitchen from Made in Ply — our first time working with this company and we were seriously impressed. The craftsmanship, quality, and design are outstanding and the finished result speaks for itself.

A fantastic project from start to finish — and a great example of how thoughtful design and quality materials can transform a home.

Day 11 on this local Lutterworth project and we are now plastering and putting back together this property. One kitchen ripped out, one wall gone, one fireplace opened up, new back door and frame, new entrance door and frame to the new kitchen door position. Electric and plumbing alterations carried out.
New kitchen to come....

We have completed a few smaller jobs already this year (new doors, handles changed, kitchen alterations, plaster repairs, fireplace removed and bricked / blocked up).
