Based on the forecast yesterday we made the decision to cancel onsite activities till Friday.

Working outside in intense heat isn’t fun. I wouldn’t do it so I don’t expect my guys to either.

This was received well by some customers and not so well by others.

Guys, just so you know, a hot tub isn’t life or death…it might feel like it to you in the moment but trust me heatstroke is a little more serious.

A big thank you to those that were super cool with the inconvenience 🙏

Now go and enjoy the sun ☀️

Todays BBQ at the showroom is open to the public...Skiddy's Kitchen serving till 8pm or sold out.

Access to the spa garden is ONLY for people that have paid to join the social sauna event. With access to saunas, ice baths and NOT hot tub.

This is for the privacy and enjoyment of our customers.

TODAY the forecast is AMAZING for the time of our summer solstice social at The SELF Centre ☀️

4-8pm our spa garden with saunas, ice baths and a NOT hot tub will be open.

Fire pit will be lit.

Chilled tunes in the background.

We even have Hayley the Intuitive spirit guide in her psychic sauna ready to give readings…book on the day.

And food available to order from Skiddy's Kitchen 🍔 the BBQ is open to the public as well as those attending the social so please spread the word.
