Evergreen Renewable Energy Ltd is seeking an experienced heating engineer to join our expanding team.
Roles and Responsibilities include:
• Installation and servicing of heat pumps (Training will be given)
• Heating system upgrades/installations
• Gas Boiler installation and servicing
• Cylinder installations
• Underfloor Heating Installations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• NVQ level 3 or equivalent in plumbing and heating
• Gas Safe qualifications an advantage
• Minimum 10 years’ experience within the plumbing industry
• Good understanding of Health and Safety Regulations
• Able to work in a team and unsupervised
• UK Full Driving Licence

Role Details:
• Company Vehicle provided
• Work hours Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5pm (overtime available)
• 28 days holiday (increasing with length of service)
• Private Health Insurance
• Training provided
• Good Salary dependant on qualifications and experience.

We’re Hiring – Office Administrator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator to join our busy team at Evergreen Renewable Energy Ltd based in Lyme Regis. Evergreen is a family run business installing renewable technologies.
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and strong computer literacy. The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm (32.5hrs a week).
Responsibilities
• Act as the first point of contact for the company on the phone, process website and telephone enquiries and liaise with customers and our engineers.
• General administrative duties, generating job sheets on our online system for the engineers and telephoning customers to book appointments.
• Produce generic site specific, Risk Assessments.
• Keep up to date with Health and Safety Records.
• Collate the System Installation Handover Packs.
• Submit Warranties for the Systems.
• Liaise with the engineers to complete their monthly PPE and First Aid Kit checks.
• Liaise with the engineers to complete weekly vehicle checks, keep all vehicles up to date with tax, MOT’s and servicing.

Your skills and experience:
You will preferably have some experience working in an administration role and have the ability to work within a team and individually. You must have excellent communicative skills and telephone manner. You should have the ability to manage your own responsibilities in a busy work environment.
