Started a new Bathroom project this week, the customer got in touch because of floor tiles starting to come loose, we then discovered the hot tap isolation valve had a slight leak as the previous fitter had cross threaded the isolation valve and had not replaced them for new 10 years ago. Never did we think that this much damage had been done. All out and now drying for continued work next week.
