I think you’ll agree this is a pretty epic area of the property!

What was once just an empty loft space has been completely transformed in to its own entertainment area complete with pool table!

Accompanied by 3 bedrooms, bathroom and W.C!

To maximise on the space the team extended from what was already there, installing multiple steels and a stunning roof light allowing all the natural light to come in!

We know a lot of fun will be had in here!!

Monday Motivation 💪🏼

The team are hitting it hard this week as we prep for plastering!

We’re into phase 2 of our New Forest renovation project as we move towards bringing it together with the rest of the property, as right now you wouldn’t think we were in the same house 🤣

It’s a busy one today with sparkies on site too getting the first fix done LSB Electrical, Plumbing & Heating

You don't always have to move to create more space 🤩

We've just finished a project in Highcliffe that proves it.

The family wanted their parents living with them, but the house didn't have the room.

What it did have was an old garage taking up prime space at the side of the property.

So the garage came down, and in its place we built a side extension giving the property 4 additional rooms.

A downstairs bedroom with its own ensuite, opening straight onto a lovely new patio.
Plus a laundry room, an extra bathroom, and they've still kept some storage.
Rooflights in three of the new rooms, so it's all flooded with natural light.

The owners found us because they spotted us working on a house around the corner. They were even able to go for a look around to view our work.

The plan was to keep the partition wall. But as the build progressed, the client made the call to knock through, and it's hard to argue with the result.

Not every home has a wine cellar beneath the floor.

This one does.

As part of a complete ground floor transformation on this New Forest property, we created the space for this stunning spiral wine cellar, installed by the team at Spiral Cellars (UK)

Set flush into the herringbone flooring and visible through a full-height glass partition wall from the open plan kitchen and dining area.

The result is a feature that works architecturally, functionally, and as a genuine talking point in one of the most beautiful rooms we've had the privilege of working on.

A stunning transformation from our New Forest project.

This room was previously a formal drawing room but it’s now been completely reimagined into a warm, cosy sitting room for everyday living.

We stripped the space right back and carried out a full refresh, including new windows, radiators, flooring, and a feature fireplace. Everything was finished to a high standard, ready for the clients to move in and make it their own.

Seeing it now fully decorated and lived in really brings the whole project together and this is exactly what it’s all about for us.
