Rocket's Memorial/Charity Match... 2nd Leg.

This year, as well as the chosen charity of Richard's family, we will also be remembering Helen and raising money for ND Hospice.

⚽️ Players: Those of you have stated your desire to play, be involved, take part, pull up after 3 minutes, get injured, embarrass yourselves.... we are asking for a £6 match fee.

This will cover any initial costs we may incur but then all profits will go to charity. £6 is just the minimum requirement to ensure your name is down, if you'd like to pay more, you're welcome to (only Hobbsy will see if you're a tight git!).

This won't include a shirt like last year but if you still have yours, then please bring it.

Most of you should have the Club's bank details from last year to transfer your match fee. Once we have received it, you're definitely down to play. If you wish to play but haven't informed us and/or don't know the bank details, please message us.

🎟 Raffle: Last year was unbelievable! We struggled to keep up with the quantity and quality of prizes coming in but this time has been a bit disappointing to date. We have some good prizes already but not on a scale of last year, so if there are any individuals or businesses (who all did yourselves so proud last year) who would like to donate, please do!!! Message us, speak to Steve or drop in to Ginger Nut, Lynton to donate a prize. Ginger Nut will also be selling raffle tickets from tomorrow and you can get them through us on this page. A list of prizes will be published once it's more substantial.

💷 Sponsors/Donations: If you would like to sponsor anything on the day to help us offset our costs and make more profit for Charity or you just wish to donate, please let us know.

🆘️ Help: If you'd like to help in any way, or maybe have some form of entertainment that may add to the day, please contact us.

Last year we raised nearly £9k for charity, family and to pay for 2 fantastic memorial benches out Holman Park.

We don't expect this year to reach anywhere near those levels but it'd just be good to make as much as we can and make another memorable day, whilst we remember Rich (Rocket), Helen, Bet, Guy and Scruff.

🍰🥮 Calling all cake makers! Does anyone fancy baking and donating some amazing cakes? Alongside our Youth Club running the Tuck Shop, we are potentially looking at selling some cakes with Teas/Coffee's for those who can't or don't want to hit the bar (and it was proper hit hard last year!). If you fancy donating one or have the ability to make a bespoke one that we're after, please contact us.

Your support and generosity was amazing last year and shows what an unbelievable community we have. It'd be good to try it again.
