This valley between two garage roofs was in a seriously poor condition ⚠️

As you can see from the before photos, the existing valley had completely failed — rotten timbers, inadequate fall for drainage, and years of patch repairs that just weren’t doing the job. Water had nowhere to go, which is a recipe for ongoing leaks and structural damage.

🔨 What we did:
• Stripped back both sides of the roof to expose the problem properly
• Reboarded the entire valley area
• Created a new, correct gradient to ensure water can flow freely away
• Installed a ResTech FlexiTec fibreglass system

💡 What is FlexiTec?

This small domestic re-roof involved a full strip of the existing slates, with all defective slates removed and responsibly disposed of. We then supplied and installed new reclaimed slates, carefully selected to match the existing roof and maintain the character of the property.
