This customer wanted a smaller front door to then build behind the wall on the inside. Old door removed, brick worked toothed out and then a matched brick filled in to accommodate the new door. New door fitted with some cladding above. Get in touch for any requirements you might have!

I’ve been terrible at posting on social media but only because it’s been crazy busy! This was a job completed just before Christmas! This was a worktop fit to a new kitchen assembled by the customer, including hob cut out, Belfast sink cut out, tap cut out and plumbing. A few other bits were also done to get the job to the finish line in time for the big day 🎄 although the calendar is very full, please do get in touch for any smaller jobs you’re looking to have done and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can!

Here is part 2 of the restoration project, a nice matching chair to go with the bench. Same as the bench, stripped, repainted, new hardwood slats and all stainless steel hardware. Really pleased with how this turned out

It’s nice to do something different, keeps things interesting and allows you to build different skills. This customer wanted his garden bench restoring to its former glory and I’m really happy with the result. All new hardwood slats were cut, sanded, oiled and all new stainless steel hardware was countersunk into the ends. The cast iron ends were stripped back and repainted for a lovely final product. We also have a chair of the same nature that I will post up in due course!

One of the first jobs carried out with Culcheth Property Maintenance was this beautiful cobbled paving driveway, the curves definitely kept things interesting but the outcome was 👌🏻

It’s been a nice little job working on this with Culcheth Property Maintenance just easing back into it after Christmas!

I've been rubbish at posting lately and we've got two jobs not quite finished... So here's a little tease of a bathroom we're working on at the minute. Wanted to be finished today but you just can't rush quality 👌🏼
PS - of course the top of the mirror and the top of the towel rail line up it just doesn't look like it in the picture.

Although we've been quiet on the social media front recently it's only because it's so busy! Here are a few pictures from a job carried out over Christmas, the customer has lots of plans after just moving into the property and we were more than happy to help bring some of those to life in a short period of time. Stud walls built, new wiring, moving doorways and rerouting pipework. You always need to be thinking ahead so all work carried out was future-proofed to make life easier for any further work.
