Small issue. Serious potential impact.

Failed shower sealant is easy to ignore, but it’s a common starting point for damp, mould, and hidden water damage beneath trays and flooring.

In this case, worn sealant around two shower trays was identified early. The fix wasn’t complicated — but it needed proper preparation to last.

Old silicone was fully removed, surfaces cleaned, and new sealant applied correctly, with guidance given on curing time to ensure durability.
