Signati Ltd are a small/medium industrial roofing and cladding company based in Macclesfield, Cheshire, and we are seeking a full time Contracts Manager. We are offering a competitive salary based on experience, a fully expensed car and bonus scheme to reward adding to our success. We are a friendly company to work for and aim to recruit the right person to work closely with us for the long term. We have modern offices with generous office space, great facilities and parking. We have a busy order book, generally ranging from £20k to £650k and although predominantly north west based we do work nationally.

We are looking for someone with several years experience in our industry, predominantly using metal roofing and cladding (built up, composite panels, over-roofs etc.) having a good understanding of the systems used, processes involved and ideally some knowledge of flat roofing also. Ideally the person will have industry accreditations and also have excellent verbal and written communication skills. An ability to talk sense at all levels is a must.

The role covers all aspects of our work and will include the following amongst others:
Materials/plant procurement, project planning including writing RAMS, CDM duties, organising detailed drawings & labour - generally all aspects of taking a contract from PO to completion, carrying out surveys, sorting details, site visits and meetings.
