A cold and wet start to the year, but a great project to kick things off. We were tasked with removing and replacing fencing along two boundaries, creating a smart, durable finish throughout.
One boundary included a significant level change, which was neatly managed using concrete posts and gravel boards with closeboard fencing to ensure long-term strength and stability.
Several trees were trimmed and tidied to open up the space, and the original concrete boundary edges were exposed, adding a clean, defined detail around the car park area.
Along the same side as the new bark border, a metal closeboard gate was installed to provide secure and practical access while keeping a consistent look with the fencing. A membrane was laid and finished with bark to create a tidy, low-maintenance edge.
We also widened the driveway, making access much easier for residents and improving vehicle movement in and out of the property.
