What’s your take?
We’ve just wrapped up a bathroom refurb where the landlord chose wall panels instead of tiles. The goal? Speed.
Using panels meant we could complete the entire refurbishment in just 3 days, even with the tenant still living in the property.
The overall cost works out about the same — the time saved on labour is balanced out by the higher price of panels — but the reduced disruption was a big win.
What would you choose?
Stick with traditional tiles and extend the timeframe, or opt for panels to keep downtime to a minimum.
