I can’t recommend Mike highly enough.

I contacted him when the lock/handle on my back door suddenly broke and he came out immediately and got everything completely sorted. He was incredibly responsive, professional and clearly knows his stuff.

I told Mike about my troubles, always getting locked out and he suggested a Smart Lock for the front door. What a genius idea — this is an absolute game changer! I ordered it online and he fitted that at the same time. The workmanship is excellent and everything has been fitted beautifully and works perfectly.

Mike is now coming back next week to repair all the broken hinges on my double-glazed windows too.

It’s so refreshing to find someone who is reliable, super responsive, knowledgeable and takes real pride in their work.

100% recommendation from me — I wouldn’t hesitate to use Mike again.

How brilliant Mike ( Lockfit) has been. Professional, respectful and helped me with all my double glazed upvc doors and lock issues. Successfully removing a very difficult 'stuck' lock on back door & replacing. Realigning , replacing the hinges and locks on french doors ( I thought I would have to replace doors!) , replaced window lock, which was stuck . Sorted second pair of French doors- no new lock required but one door I couldn't open and was stuck, so he realigned and now opens and closes easily ( also thought would need to replace ) . Then finally replaced a front door lock which was very sticky, with an easy thumb lock. A very happy customer .
I would recommend Lockfit for all your door and window issues .

Mike was everything you hope for in a trader - reliable, trustworthy and reasonably priced. He responded quickly to my voicemail and kept me informed as to when he was arriving. He aligned two UPVC doors and replaced a handle and advised us on a couple of other doors. Highly recommended.
