Third and final day of coppicing Sweet Chestnut.

All trees along the boundary had been left by forestry workers (probably as they needed to be climbed) and client wanted the extra light and for all phones lines to be clear.

A Job in Medway we finished last week. Two large Sycamores dismantled. Rigging was used to swing the branches that were overhanging the neighbouring property over the fence and into our clients garden.

All waste was chipped and left onsite to be used as mulch for their flower beds and the timber was kept for their log burner. Substantially reducing the cost of the job.

This week we climbed and dismantled this severely decayed Ash tree.

Rigging was used to avoid lawn damage.

There is a limit when trees become too dangerous to climb. We judged this one to be just on the right side.
