Another active suspension fault. This time intermittent so nearly 1 hour of test drive been done to catch the right moment when fault accours for part of the second. Faulty shock absorber/damper control module found. Owner of vehicle owns a garage so he only asked me to find a problem and he will be happy to replace parts by himself.

Some unusual vehicle required my service. Active suspension intermittent faults during the drive because of very simple fault - poor contact on connectors.
Coonectors repaired and faults gone. Except one which requires main dealer equipment to calibrate suspension.
Even strongest beast can trip on such as simple thing.

A bit funny fault:
* driver door window works only when lights are off
* passenger door window only works on passenger door switch
* when trying to operate passenger window on driver door switch - lights goes on

Problem was found. Main window switch on driver door was replaced by previaus owner. Cheap, faulty straight from factory switch which was replaced to genuine unit.

Intermittent horn fault failed MOT for this car. Problem was found and fixed inside steering wheel control unit.

Battery suddenly dead overnigh to basicly few volts. After computer diagnostic, various test with multimeter and ammeter, research on complex wiring diagrams problem was found. BOSE amplifier was staying on and kept whole car equipment awake which couse huge power drain (more detailes in video in comments). Unit should be replaced but they are not cheap and requires dealer diagnostic equipment to remove 'component protection' to make it work. But quick and cheap solution was made: additional relay installed which swich off power for the amplifier when ignition is off.

Engine does't start, "F" displayed on the instrument, no conunication with engine ECU on diagnostic tool.
Blocked drain plug coused engine ECU was flooded, coroded outside and inside. ECU circuid board have been removed, cleaned, drained and repaired. Old seal removed and resealed.

Computer diagnostic and some additional tests (video in coments) done to diagnose faults properly and replace correct parts: ignition coil, spark plugs, thermostat.

Engine cranks but doesn't start. Engine control module doesn't "talk" to diagnostic device or any other module in the car. Thick power cable coroded because of water leak into electric box. Fixed!
