Just a little update on another air source heat pump I am fitting, this has a 200 litre buffer vessel with two fan coil units, a 16 kw and 8 kw unit serving 4 manifolds and a 300 litre hot water cylinder,
This is work in progress so not finished as yet.

New installation update, started a twin Air source heat pump system with buffer and 300 litre hot water, serving 5 manifolds with underfloor heating.

Todays job an Alpha Heating Innovation evoke 28NX in a loft space feeding radiators on the first floor and underfloor heating on the ground floor,still work in progress.

New boiler and unvented cylinder installation within what will be a cupboard. work in progress as this is a house renovation. Underfloor heating to be installed at a later date.
We have used Heatmiser poly pipe branded controls giving zonal control over the internet

New 50mm MLCP riser with Reliance tenant valves to each individual apartment.
Cut and formed a basket system on uni strut for the water mains to be supported over their length.
Pre lagged Valsir MLCP pipe work for the mains water supply

Another new UFH project underway,
4 manifolds running off of air source for this barn conversion, in the main lounge area we have reduced pipe centres of 100mm due to the ceiling height and 150mm in the other areas.
We are also installing 4 bathrooms on this project.
There will be a plant room with 2 hot water cylinders, buffer vessel,
Controls and pumps,the air source will also heat the outdoor swimming pool.

Another recent en-suite bathroom completed.
This was very complicated as we turned an old dressing room into a bathroom, we had to install new hot and cold water services and a new drainage system. We also built a new wall to close the room from the main bedroom area.
All our work is completed to the highest standard, we offer a full installation package including, decoration, electrical work, joinery,
Plumbing, heating, tiling and stone work.

This lovely bathroom now completed, villeroy& Boch basin and Semi Pedestal basin, wall mounted rimless Wc pan, Geberit Wc frame, Aqualisa Quartz Mains pressure shower with Drench head and bespoke made to measure 1700mm x12mm frameless screen in Smoked glass.

Further to my recent post, the two bathrooms I am working on are taking shape, one is finished In porcelain and the other in marble, all angles are mitred and joints done with resin. The next stage is to start to fit the sanitary ware.

I have been a little quiet on FB recently so here is a work in progress, 2 bathrooms for a customer in bearsted with some before after updated pictures showing where we are up to. Most of the hidden work is completed so next phase will be the porcelain and Marble wall coverings.
