What a project.?!

We had previously installed a project for both Paul and Karen Lander and was trusted again to bring their vision to life in their new home.

So much work & planning was needed prior to even considering installing the kitchen. The photos will show that the room was an office to start with.!! With the vision the internal wall was removed opening up the back of the property firstly, then what was new windows installed were changed to allow the kitchen to flow around the room and locate the sink at the desired place.

New routes for the plumbing and waste were installed and then a new screeded floor was installed with stick down LVT installed throughout the now kitchen and diner.

Then came our part. The plan was made with Mark Harrington @ Benchmarx Kitchens Trade using the Sherwood driftwood blue door. This compliments the ascetics of the property but equally modernise the room. Elevating furthermore with the services from Albritish Stone Worktops. Choosing white sparkle worktops in 30mm allows the natural sunlight to catch the worktop and give off a lovely subtle reflection.

An amazing transformation and all in time for Easter firstly, but hopefully for a long hot summer of entertaining (and watching the World Cup)

Many thanks to Paul and Karen for trusting us again and we look forward to completing the ulility room in due course.

Happy Easter everyone & please hit that share button and leave a comment

Another project completed. Antony Payne and I found ourselves this time in Kingshill. The project involved both the downstairs toilet and the kitchen. Then evolved into new flooring throughout the downstairs and new doors, handles etc installed throughout the home.

We collaborated with a new electrical firm on this one (I’m so sorry DNA Electrical)

The process, like many before involved the brilliant Mark Harrington Benchmarx Kitchens Trade. Mark, along with Paul and Tara came up with a design that suited their needs and wants for their new kitchen. We used the ever trusting Albritish Stone Worktops for the quartz and as always Luli and his team delivered excellence at such great prices. Andrew Coyne - the plastering division of the team completed the skimming of the ceiling and the walls - thank you as always.

As I mentioned before - we were due to install stick down LVT in the kitchen alone but after many discussions it was decided to install it through the downstairs of the home. Using another trusted supplier STS Flooring they opted for the fusion floor ike pavilion oak grey. The process included installing upwards of 20 bags of self levelling material before the installation.

The downstairs toilet needing some love. A simple rip out, small amount of work to allow a back to the wall toilet install and then tile the entire room. Using yet another trusted supplier; Brad and his team at Stonewater Bathrooms provided the goods to bring the room to life.

Finally, selecting the doors and furniture from Howdens new fire doors were installed from top to bottom in the home. Many thanks to Gav for completing this part of the project.

Many thanks to Tara and Paul, with a special mention to Bailey the family dog. We appreciate the upheaval you went through but it was so worth it in the end. We hope you enjoy the home for years to come.

Finally, please always your comments, likes and shares are ALWAYS appreciated. This page has grown over the years and the little community we have is never taken for granted. We would love to hit 1k followers so please hit that follow button and join us for the ride.

We, Antony Payne and I, returned today to a kitchen we installed in Jan as unfortunately the tap become faulty.

We’ve then realised we haven’t shared the photos from this project.!!

Louise and her family wanted a social hub in the home and therefore wanted to make more of the extension that was there previously.

Using Mark Harrington from Benchmarx Kitchens Trade he designed a wonderful space utilising the vast space. Using integrated appliances always looks better as the flow of the room is uninterrupted. A built in fridge freezer, upright freezer, single oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine have all been installed.

Furthermore the 1000mm pantry was modified by adding pull out drawers at the bottom instead of a shelf.

The ducting for the hood runs through the ceiling in solid pipe and extracts externally giving Louise mechanical extraction for the room.

New flooring, skirting boards were installed but prior to this we had to self level over three different subfloor compounds.!

Andy plastered the ceiling for us and Louise completed the decoration herself.

The quartz was supplied, templated and installed by Albritish Stone Worktops

Dave Sayer from DNA Electrical first and second fixed the electrics within the new kitchen.

Here’s some photos of the finished project.

Firstly we wish to start with a Happy New Year - yes we’re late but it’s been a crazy busy January. Our busiest for a few years which is always great.

We have the absolute pleasure in sharing our latest project. This was for Louise who brought her new home in Vinters Park. It was a “doer upper” - literally requiring everything to be done.

We started by removing the old kitchen and bathroom. Then the planning for the new sockets, lights and radiator layout was completed.

Louise wanted new windows and doors to ensure the property was safe and secure.

The electrics was completed by DNA Electrical - outstanding work as always - thank you Dave Sayer

The boiler and central heating pipe work was renewed. We opted to relocate the boiler to the kitchen (was in the bathroom.!) & took the option to conceal the new pipework within the walls. This work was completed and commissioned by AJP Gas services - thank you Antony Payne

Once the messy work was completed the skills of Andrew Coyne was required - plastering the ceilings and walls throughout.

Louise opted to paint herself and worked between our working patterns and her own work too.

The kitchen was sourced from Benchmarx Kitchens Trade - outstanding planning from Mark Harrington 👍🏻

The bathroom was a challenge. Removing a bath and exposing a few issues with the current walls. With the help from Stonewater Bathrooms we managed to sourced the dream bathroom Louise desired.

The finish product has left Louise with a wonderful, cozy new home. Now it’s time for her to sit back and enjoy all the hard work.

Please share the post, comment on your favourite photo and like those that inspire you to complete a project of your own.

As the tools are packed away and the van cleaned in readiness for 2026 it’s now time to reflect on another year of the business successfully completing so many projects for amazing people with the amazing team I have around me.

Without these people the projects wouldn’t be what they are. A special thank you to Dave Sayer of DNA Electrical, Andrew Coyne of plastering and Antony Payne of AJP Gas services.

More importantly a huge and appreciative thankyou to you, my customers and followers of this page. Without you trusting us to complete your dream projects and following the journey through social media and the journeys of people’s projects we wouldn’t be as successful. Every like, share and comment drives engagement and allows us to reach further a field and share the success.

To you, your families and loved ones on behalf of the team we wish you a very Merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year for 2026.

Below are just a few photos of some of the projects from 2025 🎄🤶

The final signed off project for 2025.

We’ve worked for Neil and Emma before completing their kitchen project only last year.

This time around we were invited to transform their bathroom after they experienced a bad leak from the bath.

It was agreed to take the room back to the brick walls and repair the damage firstly and then start the process of making the room into their dream bathroom. With the skill of Andrew Coyne completing the plastering element & DNA Electrical installing an inline extractor fan, spot lights and moving the light switch allowed Tony and I to proceed with the installation.

Space was tight but the transformation was aided by the extensive range of products offered by our bathroom vendor Stonewater Bathrooms.

Emma opted for the shower panels allowing for speedy installation but also stress free cleaning as of course there’s no grout to maintain.

The removal of the bath allowed a shower tray to be installed which needed to be raised to allow water to flow away. New vanity units with a composite basin top gives a “feel” of space within the room.

Neil opted for decorating the room himself after we had finished.

Spaces for 2026 are fast booking up with availability now starting in April, possibly May.

Have a wonderful Christmas and a very Happy New Year from Antony Payne and I

First project completed after our brief summer break.! Along with Antony Payne and Sayer we came together to complete the project.

This project was a do over of an ensuite for Mike, Lisa and their young girls. With the help from our ever dependable bathroom vendor; Stonewater Bathrooms, tile suppliers Topps Tiles and flooring from STS Flooring we planned and designed the new layout.

The project meant the removal of the old installed tiles would mean replacing the plasterboard. Mositure resistant plasterboard along with the tanking system ensures the plasterboard remains solid and true even in the shower zone.

The new layout meant small adjustments to the plumbing were required and where possible.

New 610x610 tiles were installed to the newly prepped floor with high temperature glue.

The tile is a gloss ceramic tile installed in a stack format and using the height of the room the decision was made to install the tile in a landscape mode, making a real feature and giving the room the perception of greater space.

The slimline units and basin worktop allow storage within the room with the customer adding some accessories once the decorating is being completed.

The black shower tray, enclosure and shower look amazing and are a compliment to the black towel rail too. Many thanks to bathrooms - especially Ashlyn for your help sourcing the items. It’s always appreciated.

A small project but nonetheless completed to the highest standard. Once the ceiling is filled and painted by the decorator the room will be amazing.

We have a small window of opportunity for projects in 2025 and have started booking for Jan 2026.

Please as always hit those like buttons and share away with your Facebook community. Let’s spread the word (please)

The latest project signed and completed this week. Making it more special is that we had the trust from Pete’s old school friend Collison and his wonderful wife Ishbel.

Luke and Ishbel started their kitchen journey before reaching out to us and had visited Magnet Sevenoaks branch.

On our initial consultation Luke presented the plans and ideas and we discussed at length the proposed layout and “tweaked” the design but more importantly switched their quotation into our trade account and had the kitchen re priced - saving them a huge amount of money.!!!

The project demanded new electrics within the kitchen so as always DNA Electrical were onsite providing their excellent services. This included new lighting, locations of sockets and the introduction of undercounting lighting.

The plastering was completed by one of Luke’s contacts and the decorating was completed by Luke himself.

The kitchen was installed by us (Peter and Antony) and we were very impressed with the quality of the product delivered by Magnet. The towers and wall cabinets were from their “tall” range - using the volume of the ceiling height to their advantage - plus it means no more storing bits and pieces on top of the cupboards.

The flooring was sourced from STS Flooring and is from the polyfor range

Finally the worktops were sourced from Albritish Stone Worktops with Luli and his team delivering an outstanding job especially with this worktop being extreme white.

Overall the transformation was amazing with the customers delighted.

Please help us grow this page and our work by hitting that share button, liking the images and of course leaving that all important comment.

Remember we offer a no obligation quote service and are taking bookings for late this year and into 2026 so don’t delay and book us in today.

Another one signed off.! This was a project detailing a whole kitchen renovation, a conversion of a wet room to a downstairs bathroom and a small upgrade of the bathroom upstairs.

The kitchen as you’ll see in the photos needed most of our attention. This room was literally taken back to the original walls. New electrics were installed by Sayer of DNA Electrical, new plumbing completed by AJP Gas services and then finally the plastering was completed by Andrew Coyne.

Before the kitchen was delivered by Benchmarx Kitchens we self levelled the floors and white washed the walls before we installed the kitchen following the design by Mark Harrington.

Eton gloss white slab doors were chosen along with a black marble effect laminate and upstands to contrast one another.

The flooring from STS Flooring was Urban 55 chestnut oak and offers a warmth to the room.

The downstairs bathroom was again completely stripped back the original walls. Once again electrical completed the electrical element and Antony Payne completed the first fix plumbing with Andy plastering the room again. The sanitary ware was provided by Stonwater Bathrooms - our bathroom trade provider. Aqua panels were installed along with a new Mira Azore electric shower

Overall this project was a delight to complete for Edward and Nike and is the beginning of their journey of making their new purchase a home.

Pls as always hit that share button and like those photos, leaving comments too x
