Insulation upgrade!

Spent the last 12 days installing PIR insulation to these dormer roofs and walls on a property in Maidstone. The larger roof got a warm deck conversion whilst the front stayed as a cold deck with 25mm over facia vents for improved ventilation. All new lead flashings around the base of the dormers installed.

Sagging facias fixed today in Allington. The existing rafters were holding on with hopes and dreams, floating in the wind. We jacked them up with acros and installed additional supports to prevent them dropping in future.

Flashing, flaunching and re pointing all carried out by us on this chimney in Addington. Flashings were replaced due the damage caused by squirrels. We also installed galvanised bird comb under the eaves to prevent the squirrels entering in the future. I was very impressed with product, there’s no way the squirrels can get past their products!

Emergency call out during the storms a few weeks ago had me sheeting up an elderly lady’s roof whilst water was pouring through her flat roof. 3 weeks later we returned to replace using a flexi GRP system, Insulation and ventilation also added.
