This amazing weather we’ve all been enjoying over the Bank Holiday weekend has definitely got us feeling like we’ve been abroad, or at the very least looking forward to holidays still to come this Summer! ☀️✈️

It got us thinking in the office this morning about a previous workplace design and refurbishment project we completed for luxury holiday consultant, Classic Collection.

The project centred around creating a vibrant and flexible ground floor breakout space, designed to encourage collaboration, connection and creativity. The finished space included a variety of relaxed meeting areas, dining furniture, soft seating and impressive bleacher seating, perfect for larger team gatherings, sharing ideas, collaborating and celebrating successes together.

A fantastic project that truly reflected the client’s brand, culture and people.

We’re delighted to have been appointed by and be working with SOCOTEC UK & Ireland as they bring a number of their teams together into one centralised location.

Having previously worked within this industrial unit for the former tenant, it has been a pleasure to return and begin the transformation, adapting and reconfiguring the space to suit SOCOTEC’s operational needs.

The project includes a reconfigured layout, flooring and decoration throughout, alongside electrical upgrades, ventilation and AC installations, and the introduction of key new furniture elements to create a functional and modern working environment.

Works are progressing exceptionally well and we’re looking forward to sharing the completed project with you soon. Keep an eye out for the completed project.

Project Complete ☕✨

We’re delighted to share the completion of this coffee shop interior design and fit out project in Larkfield, Kent.

Working closely with our clients, we transformed an empty shell into a warm and inviting space designed for great coffee, good food, and social connection. Every detail of the layout was carefully considered to enhance customer experience, optimise flow, and support the team’s day-to-day operations for smooth and efficient service.

The project included a carefully planned layout, installation of partitions, a bespoke servery, commercial-grade kitchen units, a variety of dining furniture and seating solutions, a DDA-compliant washroom, storage and racking areas, a new shopfront, new flooring, and lighting throughout.

It’s been a pleasure supporting a new local business with a shared passion for working with local suppliers and creating a welcoming community space.

When one of our longstanding clients recently relocated their London offices, we had the pleasure of working with them again. However, their new space couldn’t accommodate the bespoke booths we had specified and supplied just last year.

Rather than see such beautiful, high-quality furniture go to waste, we were delighted to find it a new home where it could continue to be used and appreciated. We proudly donated the booths to Heart of Kent Hospice, who were incredibly grateful to receive them.

"We have struggled for spaces to meet in the hospice so this has and will really help teams to have additional space they can find focus and collaborate. Thank you for donating this to the hospice and creating an additional space for all of us to make use of. "

The furniture is now creating additional meeting and collaboration space for their team and as a lovely bonus, the fabric finishes perfectly match the hospice’s brand colours.

A great outcome all round.

Progress update at our coffee shop fit out project in Larkfield, Kent.☕

We’re transforming a former NatWest bank into a modern, vibrant coffee shop with a full design and fit out.

The project began with a lot of preparation works to ensure a safe and solid foundation to move forward from. Works at this stage also included complete strip-out, removing ceilings, non-structural walls, and the original shopfront to create an open, flexible layout.

Since then, a new MF acoustic ceiling has been installed for improved sound control and a clean, contemporary finish. Preparatory works for the kitchen are also in place, including a dedicated prep area.

Most recently, the new shopfront has been installed, partitions completed, and first fix plumbing and electrics are in ready for plastering to get underway this week.

Progress is moving well, so keep an eye out for more updates as the transformation continues.
