This week we hosted our first ever Xmo Bake Off! It sounded like a good idea at the time, but once it dawned on us that we'd each have to sample 8 different cakes, we decided to extend the voting poll into a second day 🫨 The votes have been counted and it's a tie: Oat and Raisin Cookies, Lemon drizzle cake and Chocolate cake 🏅

We stopped by Gavin and Stacey's house on a damp day in Barry last week. Shame they weren't in; a cuppa and an omelette would have been lush!

A day out of the office at the Brighton & Hove Albion stadium last month. At the South East Construction Expo, Kate Parmentier and Emily Wilson heard from a panel of inspiring female founders and leaders in Construction on how they built their careers, what inclusivity brings to the construction industry and how it serves the next generation.

This MID installation had to be done after the main forecourt rebrand, on a Saturday night, with traffic management, given it was on a busy dual carriageway in a remote area. It was a long time in the planning stages, but it's worth the wait!

The final phase of the hotel rebrand with a revisit to install this sign at height; electrical supply run through a time clock to control the illumination.

Before and after we refurbished a large brand totem which was tricky to access. Above a multi-storey car park, on a roundabout; but if a job's worth doing, it's worth doing properly!

National reactive maintenance: following vehicle impact, we replaced the canopy panel and signage panel, all good as new
