It’s the little things that make the biggest difference.

While most people focus on the finished result, we believe the process matters just as much. Before the concrete arrived on site, the team took the time to fully protect the driveway and surrounding road with sheeting, ensuring there was no mess, staining, or damage during the pour.

In fact, the client didn’t even notice it had been done and that’s often the best compliment. When preparation is carried out properly, everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

We take pride in treating every property with the same care and respect we’d expect for our own homes. Attention to detail, professionalism, and quality workmanship are at the heart of everything we do.

Update from our East Malling extension project.

The floor is now fully insulated, with the wet underfloor heating system installed, pressure tested, and ready to go. Floor screeding and all plastering works have now been completed, transforming the space and preparing it for the next phase.

We’re now moving on to painting and decorating before the kitchen installation begins.

This update is a few weeks behind our current progress as we’ve been incredibly busy on site and haven’t had the chance to keep up with our social media updates. More progress photos and project updates coming soon!

New brickwork, blockwork and roof timbers completed. We’ve used imperial bricks to match the existing property at the front to match the gauge, the side brickwork behind the bushes was built using the original metric bricks from the initial build to keep the cost down for the client.

Safe to say health & safety has come a long way since then — not sure this would get signed off these days, or if Wade would even fit in the mixer now 🤣

Jokes aside, this still has us all laughing to this day.

Little boss on the job today in his fresh uniform.

Not much got done as he insists on drinking milk and sleeping most of the day. Glad we found him a small enough hard hat to keep him safe.

The rear RSJ beam has now been fully installed, providing the necessary structural support to the rear of the property. Floor joists have been repaired where required, and additional steelwork has been fitted to support the rear roof structures.

The side cavity wall has been rebuilt to the correct standard, resolving previous issues. We’ve also now begun the roof construction phase at the side.

Kitchen Transformation Completed in Allington, Maidstone. Another full turnkey project delivered from start to finish. This kitchen was sourced from the team at Maidstone

We opened up the space by removing a load bearing wall and installed an RSJ beam & column.
