We were called out early this morning by a customer in with no hot water. On inspection, we found both immersion heaters were completely corroded and tripping out. 🔧💧

We replaced them with new, energy-efficient immersions, and got their hot water back up and running — safely and reliably. ✅

Customer having to top up the boiler pressure daily…

After the usual checks, with no obvious problems, we found this suspicious looking patch around a pipe to the towel radiator.

Carefully exposed the pipe, keeping damage to a minimum, to find the pipe had pin-holed and was leaking into the screed.

Defective section of pipe cut out, cleaned up the existing pipe in the floor and replace with new section of copper.

Expansion vessel topped up and all tested…. No more pressure drop! 🥳
