These are Canadian and Russian varieties with a hardiness of -20⁰C. 🫐 ❤️

The Creampak didn't do so well ( a bit frost-blemished), but Red Samurai and Autumn King survived to a perfect harvest..and a couple of Chantenay! 💚 🥕🥕

This soil really makes me question the dig Vs no-dig debate. I've dug in used potato compost, which has really broken the red clay up beautifully. Totally necessary on this soil, and has helped the flint chunks to work through so I can remove them.

This makes nerdy me super happy 🤓
