Great job for new customers late last year. I was asked to renovate this property’s whole ground floor which included knocking a wall out, filling in a through lounge, blocking up a door way and window, removing an outdated stone fireplace, fitted a new kitchen and utility room, added a new downstairs shower room, new electrics (CN electrical) fully plastered (Clark’s plastering). I also altered the ground floor plumbing ready for underfloor heating carried out by Multipipe LTD, then a flow screed company laid a fast curing screed throughout the entire ground floor, leaving it completely flat and level. All finished just in time for Christmas. Great job for very happy new customers. 👍👌🪛🔨🪚🧱🥽🔧

Another great recommended job completed in Gidea Park. I was asked to restore a very badly repaired garden wall that was bodged terribly and unfinished after some movement, unfortunately the cowboys took all the money and never returned. I removed the bad render, half soldier bricks, and creasing tiles and laid new tiles, rendered properly and new bricks all round to match, also repaired some small cracks in other areas and replaced coping caps on the piers. Very happy and relieved customers after over a year of looking at a complete mess of a job. 🧱🔨🪚🪛👍👌

Nice very small job in Maldon. I was contacted by a local company after one of their vans accidentally hit a garden wall, I was able to squeeze it in and got the job done. Very happy customers 🧱🔨👍👌

Another great job for regular customers. I was asked to raise an area of patio and reshape it into a curve with a low retaining wall, I smooth rendered the wall and laid a mix of new and old Indian sandstone slabs. Also laid a new separate patio over rough concrete making the area much nicer. Very happy regular customers 👍👌🔨🪛🥽🪚🧱

Great small job in Feering Essex for a recommended new customer. I was asked to help with some kitchen alterations in preparation for a new kitchen, which included knocking down a non load bearing wall, removing an arch way, updating lighting with modern colour changing spot lights (CN Electrical) and plastering where needed (Clarks plastering), I also fitted new internal bifold doors to separate the living room space from the now kitchen diner. Excellent results for a great new very happy customer. 🧱🔨🪛🪚🥽👍👌

Another excellent job for great new customers in Goldhanger. I was asked to build a rear extension with internal works by new customers that saw recommendations for me on Facebook. Originally there was an old rotten conservatory which customers demolished beforehand, I started by breaking out concrete for new foundations, had Westover Digger Services dig the footings out, I then filled the new foundation with ready mix concrete and then started the brickwork/blockwork and the block and beam floor. Once up to roof height I constructed the vaulted roof with large velux roof windows, my roof tiler completed the roof with black alternate slates to match the existing building. I had to dig a soak away for the rain water. Then was the task to knock through and install steel beams to support the new openings. To support the upstairs walls I had to needle through and acro prop underneath and support ceilings. Once the steels was in place a steel column had to be installed one end of the large opening. Electrics were installed by my excellent electrician CN Electrical, then I could continue to insulate and plasterboard walls and ceilings. The large 4meter wide doors was installed by JJ windows. All plastering done by Clarks plastering to an excellent standard as always. I altered plumbing and installed two column radiators then I insulated and screeded the floor. I smooth rendered the new blockwork, and added the finishing touches. Very happy with the results and my fantastic new customers are very happy too and now planning the next project. Overall a great project 👍🔨🪚🥽🪛🧱👌

Great job for new customers in Burnham on Crouch. Large job with internal and external work. I was asked to remove an internal wall, block up a door way, open up fire places making one into a double sided fire place, floor repairs, ceiling replacements, outside repairs involving lots of repointing, lintel installed because of a collapsed window, helical stitching bars fitted over a window with a large crack and many more smaller jobs and repairs throughout the property. Great job with excellent results and very happy customers 👍🪚🪛🥽🔨🧱🪜 👌

Another great job for regular customers. The floor in this bedroom was very badly laid in 2010, it had straight joints, tiny little screws holding it down to the joists and barely any fixings in joist hangers making the whole floor very noisy and would eventually be unsafe. I removed all the old floor boards, added extra timber to the joists, added lots of extra screws to the hangers, then laid new 22mm floor boards all glued and screwed with specialist flooring screws, then finally put back carpet gripper and relaid the carpet to finish. Great job for great regular customers 👍🪛🪚🔨🥽👌
