Our engineers recently completed the installation and commissioning of a 90kW hire drive at NWL Hanningfield, transferring motor and control connections, checking safety circuits and verifying operational signals before leaving the equipment running in automatic mode.

Another job completed, helping keep essential water infrastructure operating reliably.

When a faulty Variable Speed Drive (VSD) threatened the operation of a conveyor system at Wilkins Jam Factory, our engineers were on hand to get things back up and running.

The job involved installing and commissioning a replacement VSD, fitting a new stainless-steel mounting frame, and installing new mains, motor and control cables. The existing stainless-steel motor was also checked to ensure everything was operating correctly.

Another example of how we deliver practical engineering solutions to keep industrial and food manufacturing operations moving.

Since 1998, Gibbons Engineering Group has helped maintain the humidification system at London’s iconic Barbican Centre.

When the time came to refurbish the system, we introduced our rotary adiabatic humidification solution, improving humidity control while reducing energy consumption and demand on the building’s cooling system.

This has created a more efficient system, lower maintenance costs and minimal disruption to the Centre’s busy schedule.
