As some of you may already know, I’m running the London Marathon in April to raise money for a charity called ‘The Electrical Industries Charity’

They provide practical support and advice for a wide range of people within the trade, but most importantly, I feel, to those suffering with emotional or mental health problems or to those experiencing ill health or disability. They offer support in the workplace and also free mental health training courses to people within in the trade (and other industries too!)
