A great evening celebrating two brilliant milestones within the Naio team! 💚

🎂 Stevan, our Commercial Buying Manager, turned the big 6-0!
🎈 John, our Commercial Accounts Clerk, celebrated his 21st!
It was lovely to get the team together and celebrate them both outside of the office.

Before. During. After. What a transformation!🌱

Excellent work by our team at the Persimmon Homes site in Ringmer.

The works involved removing 150mm of site topsoil using a micro digger, building the area back up to the correct levels and finishing with fresh turf.

⏱️ Completed in just 2 days for the customer, with our operatives permitted to work into the early evening to make sure the job was finished.

A great example of teamwork, commitment and getting the job done to a high standard. 👏

Our Marketing Assistant, Orlaith, has been out visiting local schools and introducing our Naio Nature Explorers campaign, helping young minds discover why biodiversity and caring for our environment are so important 💚

A big thank you to St Luke’s School in Tiptree and Howbridge in Witham for having us!
We’re already halfway through the summer holidays (how did that happen?! ☀️), so it won’t be long until a brand-new term begins.

Last month, some of our team had the pleasure of attending the Barratt Homes Eastern Counties at Potters Resorts Five Lakes Golf Club, kindly hosted by our valued clients.

We’re always grateful to be invited to events like this, but even more importantly, we’re incredibly proud to have played a small part in helping raise an amazing £9,859.84 for two fantastic charities. 💚

🌿 Trust Links - Community Mental Health – supporting mental health, wellbeing and the environment across Essex through therapeutic gardening, recovery programmes, social activities, employment training and environmental workshops.

🐾 Service Dogs UK – training assistance dogs to support Armed Forces and Emergency Services veterans living with PTSD, while also giving rescue dogs a new purpose and home.

A brilliant day, great company and, most importantly, an incredible amount raised for two very worthy causes.
A huge well done to everyone involved in organising and supporting the day👏⛳

A few more pictures from our recent planting uplift at Bellway Homes King George’s Vale development in Cuffley🌱

Our teams have been working incredibly hard in this glorious, but very hot, weather to keep programmes moving and deliver for our clients.

Despite the challenging temperatures, the team continues to put in a fantastic effort to ensure the landscaping is completed to a high standard and looking its best.

A site visit with a very happy supervisor! 🐾

One of Adam's favourite site visits comes with an extra passenger—Belle! As you can see, she loves exploring the beautiful green spaces taking shape at Haresfoot, where we are proud to be delivering the landscaping works on behalf of Taylor Wimpey.🌳

We're incredibly proud of the progress being made across the development. To date, our team has planted around 60,000 bare root woodland mix, helping to establish thriving habitats, increase biodiversity and create green spaces that will be enjoyed for generations to come.

It's fantastic to see these landscapes beginning to flourish and moments like these remind us why we love what we do 💚

Another success for our team working on the Sizewell C project! 🌿

We're pleased to have completed the post and rail fencing and storage shed for the Bee Village at Sizewell.

The Bee Village is a fantastic initiative that reflects Sizewell C's commitment to biodiversity, environmental enhancement and supporting local wildlife.

🐝 One particularly interesting feature is the use of different coloured beehives, which help bees identify their own colonies, reducing drift between hives and supporting healthier pollinator populations.

We're incredibly proud to support projects that deliver lasting environmental benefits and to work alongside clients who are committed to sustainability and biodiversity.

A big thank you to everyone involved in delivering another successful phase of work at Sizewell C. We look forward to continuing our work at Sizewell and supporting more initiatives that help both people and nature thrive.
