office and utility all completed, old pant was pealing so all stuck down with peelstop and skim filled. Walls painted in farrow&ball skimming stone colour match in tikkurila optiva5 oak doors waxed using black bison.

kitchen and utility completed. Ceilings finished using AF1 , walls farrow&ball lime white colour matched in tikkurila optiva5 , all woodwork undercoated using caparol haftprimer and finished in johnstone’s aqua guard satin.
